also, for the people recommending syndrone, while i am a part of the syndrone community, be careful when recommending it. the mods pick favorites and don't give a s**t if someone is harassing you. they let you fix it yourself, even if they don't leave you alone.

there are nasty users. one in particular attacks everyone needlessly.

other than that, i've found it to be sort of fun, but not really.


recolor.me, on the other hand, is fun as ********. the community is so nice and i've already made tons of friends lol.

On of the things I hate is how their block systems work :/
And yea thier mods are quite eh.
And they are some rude people not many. But this one person I met and I just hated. Highly doubt the same person.

I ended up joining Recolor.me, and I really like it so far. Those of you would found Syndrone too hostile might enjoy it, too.

bohemian and fork are the only staff members i like at the moment. they're both sweeties.

the mods are lazy though. the rules about having to sort out your problems yourself? lazy as ********. it's like they don't want to deal with their users, so they let us do it for them. and we're not allowed to backseat moderate, but noise and other mod favorites backseat moderate all the time. confused

if you're talking about noise, you're not alone. she attacks EVERYONE. she's extremely nasty to anyone who has an opinion that differs from her own, and calls you butthurt if you call her out on her bullshittery.

i haven't come across anyone named infection. noise is definitely the worst of the bunch, though.

i've spoken to cadere, though, and he seems really nice. i've seen him and noise gang up on people before, though, so i dunno. neutral

I wouldn't be surprised if Roli shuts down soon. They were already bought out by a group of users. sweatdrop
I saw an Ernya ad on tektek and the avis looked pretty nice.
God there was this chibi website I used to be a part of, Its avis were super cute. But I can't remember the name... emo

TBH though I kind of feel like, if I fall out of gaia the last thing I want to do is get addicted to a whole new forum site.
If I miss talking to random internet people that badly I'd rather do it on an actual game, like maplestory or League or something. sweatdrop

Aywas is always an option but you need to pass a test to get in and prove you are English literate as well as polite and kind and they can reject you.
It is more of a avatar/pet adventure based site but I am there and having gaia pals would make me more active.

Personally I have sort of fallen into the Molten wow trap of no return so..save me please!

Same for me as well, please. I truly feel as though I'm done with Gaia. I'll be here long enough to fulfill the obligations I've made for charity (with PITIFUL results for sponsorship) and then I think I'm done. In the interim, I think this recolor.me site sounds like the best place to land because I just can't stand Gaia anymore.
