This was the earliest avatar I saved and the look I most often wore in my first year. I saved up for my Tama's Basket. This took me 2 months to achieve.



I kept the hair and eyes for a very long time.

Yeah a lot of people wanted katanas. There are so many swords now but somehow I still have a lot of attachment to the katana. Well drawn I guess?

before the rally outfits era, katanas are widely popular! I got one from a friend and never sold it. I should have bought another one for 1mil before it inflated 4x fold o_O

whats your favorite weapon in gaia? I think I wanted angelic staff but I never own one lol

I joined in 2007, and at first, I usually looked something like this:



Soon after I joined (about a couple of weeks later), they came out with the Grunny. Even though there were a few Were-Items before the Grunny, this was the first one I knew existed. I got one as a present, and it was a lot more fun than the human avatars. Then I started hunting all the Were-Items down, making lists of them. cat_razz

Wow, that's really far back...

I actually had an account on here before this one. But long story short, I was a year too young for the site, and, well, they didn't let me on for a year. With my parent's permission, I started this one, and I've been on here for awhile...

I don't really remember. I stocked up on as many holiday items as I could find and wore those a lot.

I have a few of my original avis...it's like looking at old junior high photos. LOL

My first gift on Gaia was an Easter Bunny shirt that I wore ALL the time. I still have that shirt. heart I remember questing like crazy to get Kaya the Cat along the way, and I nearly snapped my wrist shaking trees for gold to get him.



Another big achievement was getting the Barton Water Festival shirt. :memories:


The Elegant Items and Hermes Moon (umpteenth generation since it was still evolving) were massive quests for me, and I was so proud to parade around in Rally with my gigantic poofy dress. LOL

I honestly remember thinking I was the bees knees when I looked like this. It was the first avi I was proud of, and I still dress like this now. Haha.


I kid you not, this was rejected olympics 2012 me. Because I always want to look like me (except Halloween).

My original Gaia avatar when I started in 2003 was this:


When I became active in 2004 I started questing and eventually I had this:

(I thought red and black made me a bad-a**...yay Namea circa 2004...age 14.)

I continued being active on Gaia and eventually around 2006 I had something like this:

I wore the zorro mask a lot back then...and I still always had my peasant gloves.
I was also stuck on that hair.
2007 was a game changer. New hair started to be released more often...we had the twist style which was (and still is) wildly popular.


2008...I broke away from the red and black...and matching altogether...annnd I realized I was pretty Gaia-rich. This is the last avi I made on the old account before it was banned in 08.

I've gone through lots of phases since then, and kept record of every avi I've had but I've rambled on enough. XD
