Caimbrie -Fancy R Just tell them how you honestly feel when they do these things to you. I mean, if they want to be your friend they'll respect your choices. No? Pretty much. I've had people come at me and continue to pressure me into breaking up with my boyfriend and date them. I warned them that if they continued I would end all relations with them. Some respected this, and ceased to bother me. Some continued and did not take it seriously. From there, I could tell who really valued me and my opinions to those who wanted to get in my pants. mrgreen

It's alright, the world is filled with corrupt people, this is why we must see life like driving on the road, you ignore the red light of hatred and drive pass the traffic that tries to stop you with despair and onto the destination to your dreams! Although not driving into incoming traffic and red lights is less dangerous.BUT YA GOTTA RISK SOME THINGS TO GAIN SOME THINGS IN LIFE!

I vote what was said before. Block and/or tell of. I usually tell off because that's more satisfying. xD I don't think you should change how you are even if it it annoying. You shouldn't have to change for anything.
I tend to get these people on MMOs where they are focused on the sexy character I'm currently playing. On forums, my prickly and blunt nature comes out more to turn people away. Since most women in games are eye-candy. I'm not a fan of using male characters, so I don't let those people ruin my fun. Just last week, I think I got called babe. I was alt-tabbed and came back just in time, so I'm not 100% sure. I just let it fly over my head and kept playing.

Most men are like that. Especially on dating sites. They're only looking for one thing. Most people can expect to get those kinds of messages. In my experience, most don't usually get responses because they're used to that. But some of them probably are just looking for some friends, so just go with whatever you feel like. Ignore, tell them off, or try to make a new friend. You're totally in control of the situation so don't be afraid. smile
