1. My girlfriend went on holiday, I tried sculpting at the parents house.
No focus. I ruined the head and nearly ******** up the body.

2. I nearly sunk into some shitty depressive cycle because of it.

The egg's barely the size of a Cadian torso.




c: A babbeh 'claw.
And yea, the eyes are huge but I think it looks cute for it.
I may chop them out and redo them to look more like a 'claw, but for now.. I'll enjoy it as it is.

I also have a tiny balloon that I sculpted a few days back (That gave me the idea of a babbehclaw with one in his hand).
Probably is to blame for this guy being started. C:

I love the big eyes myself, kind of its own creature in a sense, but I love the sculpting. More! heart

Life has been cruel.
I had a job interview on monday, I was told on the day that I have 4 days of training next monday and then I'll be thrown into a role shadowing others before I'm thrown into my own job..
*Sigh*
Gonna have very little time to do this guy, soon. I *have* boiled him and hardened the sculpey and I am desperately trying to flesh out the bits and bobs needed to get him finished but it's not smooth sailing..

Slight update..

During boiling, fine and dandy. Afterwards, I managed to chip off an eyebrow. D: It will be re-sculpted ASAP, but I have training for work starting tomorrow.




Parts fitted to seen how they go, had to chop off the shoulders and redo them. Looking better for it (I'd been tempted to widen the skull because it seemed too thin..)

So, finally some updates! New thread name, because I have more to show.

Firstly, Deathclaw.





His tail's coming along nicely. That and his claws were terrifying me, I didn't feel "good" enough to be capable. Sitting on my bed in a dead-state seemed to give me the focus to do the thumbs, they got me started with a good feeling and I carried on. Minor issues with symmetry for now, but hey.
I am going to make a little cast of his head because I want to cut it in half and widen it a bit.
Well, I want to cut off the mouth (from the nose down) and then chop the back of the head in half. Thicken the skull, add the mouth back on with a little bit of work.

Next, the Centaur. I'm making it mixable with other parts for a more mutated kind of appeal.




The torso pops off. So far, I've only just started one other option;


You'll also notice big sockets in the front of the first shot, they'll be for either front legs... Or...




Freaky head-stalks that are more reminiscent of the very first centaurs in FO & FO2



I am also working on a super mutant "FEV experiment failure".

I made a cast of the head (for corrective purposes) yesterday, cast 3 copies today.

2 were cut apart in a correctional exercise.
1 was painted as-was so I could see the detail properly.






This is the FIRST time I have ever painted something I have fully sculpted.
(Well, sort of. There were some mantic zombies workedon a bit but nothing major)

And.. I love it. I am actually.. 99% happy with what I've done so far. c:
