Did you see how much you can make with the Deathwing Termies? A Command Squad, Standard Terminator Squad, or Terminator Knights. We also finally get an Apothecary in Terminator armor.

The Grey Knight terminator boxed set also comes with parts for an Apothecary in terminator armour. ninja

I have been rather looking forward to this release. (Almost) all of the models look wonderful and what we do know of rules so far seems to put DA up on par and, hopefully, not over the other newer armies.

The fact that we get some special Land Speeders is pretty cool, though I don't own a regular one for that matter. I wish they could have looked a bit than what they turned out with. I would love to see what you can do with it, Asmondai.

The real thing I am bummed about is the price on much of the stuff. Termies being 10$ over is not too bad, but the fliers and the Speeders being 30$ more just seems like a turn off, though I really want one of those fliers. (Curse me for buying a Stormtalon...)

Either way, I will prolly head over to my hobby shop tomorrow to see what preorders for the book are like and if they are gonna have any in store not preordered. That way I can parse through it on Saturday and make my decision then, though I will prolly be a purchase for sure.

Edit: From looking at the shop section on the GW website, I think I have some hopeful ideas about a few things. It lists the Techmarine under HQ, which makes me think that we might have access to Masters of the Forge. And they also have Sternguard under Elites, but no Ironclads. Makes ya wonder is all.

Probably won´t do too much changes for it,
just get rid off the front-gunner part and maaaybe make a closed
cockpit/gunner seat.
Have to get the codex 1st to know it´s stats.

You know, that's the only thing I never liked much about the Dark Angels. Their warcry is awesome, but horribly situational. It's not like WAAAAGH or SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE or FOR ROWBOAT GIRLYMAN or ******** BITCHES GET MONEY.

You basically have to send your opponents a greeting card the night before battle. I don't know if you've checked lately, but greeting cards are expensive. Bulk discount I guess. You could recycle them I suppose, if the enemy leader doesn't get blown up and you don't bother personalizing it; however, I think the Dark Angels are classy enough to personalize their cards.

I personally never counted as a battlecry,
mostlikely somewhere in the development and editorial they made a
slight mistake of interpeting that as a battlecry,
rather then a quote from a Interrogator-Chaplain to a Fallen speech. neutral
It makes more sence that way...

BA, BT and SW would get own warlord traits?

No chapters own psychic powers?
Only Ezekiel has 1 psychic power not from general list in rulebook.
Gone would be Jaws of the World Wolf, Blood Lance and such?

Auspex is back!
Expect this toy to get lost into other codexes. :3

Conversion- and Displacer Fields?
Could be just DA item, but they way they function seems OP just for
one chapter to have it......

It's completely optional and falls under the same rules hullabaloo as the other Imperial Armour books. wink
