His anger worried her. He'd seemed fine until just a few moments ago. Had the crushing of the human's skull angered him somehow? She couldn't think of why. She gathered her fear, wondering if it was her fault. What had she done wrong?
He was angry but at what? The fact they couldn't kill them all? It confused her, worried her as his steps were not ones of a trained soldier but more a drunkard. She scowled at him, stepping along side of him. "Don't dawdle Soren. The longer we stay, the less productive we might be." Her mount went into a light trot, not bothering to look back at the guardian.
She did however, wait at the portal for him, looking annoyed with the wait.
