For example, check out this article about a weekend-long celebration going on in Oxford. It's supposed to be in celebration of "the 150th anniversary of the first telling of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland to Alice Liddell and her sisters" according to the article, and will be held at the Christ Church College, the place where Dodgson first met little Alice. It seems like it was fantastic; check out the part about the preforming group Curious Company and their card soldiers routine!
