You can pick! You can also pick what race you are as well as your features (skin tones, eyes, hair, scares and tattoos, lots of customization).

And yeah, the other shop is not opened yet but its in process.

Never played any of the other Elder Scrolls. Well Marrowind but after 20 mins I hated that game. burning_eyes

I've played everything but Arena, and you can customize your character in all of them.

Because with little effort you can gather enough supplies and enchanted armor to have a magica regen rate of 300%, so you can dual cast fire balls with no pause indefinitely.
