my normal dress is black or blue jeans (sometimes others, but rarely), a black t-shirt(s) or blouse(s), arm warmers, and lots of belts/jewelry. Just for the heck of it, I have days where I dress up. I've been a valley girl, goth guy, jock guy, slut (many different kinds), and much more. Last time I dressed up, it was last week and I was a surfer girl. I was wearing rainbow bikini top (gay pride or would it be christian? gay pride!!!) with a white, see through-ish midriff that had a pink print that said roller girl and had an old skate on it (I've had it since 7th grade), a thin pink sweater I got from my dad (I cut off the sleeves right above the elbow and made them into arm warmers), jeans, and thongs (flip flops, not underwear). What's sad is I can pull off all of the characters. The time before that, I was a classy goth slut and I got in trouble with it. I yelled at the vice principal about it until I was threatened with suspension. I don't need another mark ( sweatdrop biggrin twisted ) so I did change into my PE clothes and became emo for the first time in 5 years for just that day. I was crying my a** off. I almost got OCD (on campus detention, not obsessive compulsive disorder which I do happen to have) because I was gaining attention. I put my head down and fell asleep. God, I hate school.

Ms. Chaos Have you ever tried something new like put on a lot of makeup or wear different clothes, and go to school and feel like everyone is looking at you and judging you?? I feel like that all the time and it annoyes me well...with all due respect...they probubly are Judging you...but heres the catch...thats not a bad thing. see people judge people all the time...its totally natural. I judge people...you judge people...so just because there judging you, does not mean there judging you badly. Its kinda like the Avenue Q song "Everyones a littlebit Racicst". well in truth...everyone always makes judgements bassed on silly things, like clothes, makeup, skin color...but then you have to consider that your judging them right back...for example, hypathetically...im not a big fan of Jocks, but that doesnt mean i dont like all of them...just some of them anoy me, and so when i see one I havent met before, that is my automatic assumption...it isnt concreat, its just natural. Give people a chance...and with a little good faith, they will give you a chance.

If it helps any...i walked around college for a year in cat ears and a green cloak. you can bet i got judged by everyone...some people talked to me because of it...some people avoided me. It was just an issue of proving myself as a person.

the weird stares and taunts follow me around wherever i go but i like it that way. damn straight people should see im different from them and that i dont wanna fit in. how boring to just be another face in the crowd. go with it, enjoy it and if someone starts trouble deal with it in a way that they look like the dickhead they are. like laugh and walk off that pisses em off more than anything! never wast your time fist fighting over such petty matters like someone not being able to accept the whole world isnt just conformists. 3nodding

Yeah. I hate that. It makes me feel all self conscious, like I'm naked or something. It just seems like everyone's staring through you. Bothers me a lot. But since most of my friends don't go to my school, I just dress how I want when I see them. Cause they don't judge me and the people I meet when I'm with them will never see how I look at school. I act the same, I just dress differently. Kinda like I feel safer around complete strangers than I do with people I've known for years.

I used to get people who'd stare at me all the time in middle school. It got a bit worse in high school... but that mighta been because I wore a leash and my friends always pulled me around XD
I still get people who stare. I think it's awesome, 'cause half the time I get compliments on my clothes.
Anyway, like someone already said you learn to ignore it or love it. The questions do tend to get mighty annoying though =/

Hmm... Sometimes but I don't give a damn about them xD
The people on my school are sometimes very stupid and try to harasse me, calling me "the gothic girl" with despectivity. But, as I said, I don't care. I think we should ignore them, anyways it's our life, hun?

I am overly self-concious by nature, so i always feel that way.

I used to get this all the time but I have learned that it will follow me where ever I go. I have also learned to ignore the stares and the comments. It was hard to get over it but I finally reached the stage that I did.
