Jogging for about 30mins to an hour is about as most exercise I get and that's only if I get home before dark, and considering my job and it's winter here now, I only do that about 3 times a week. I go much more when it's warmer/ stays light longer.

I was in MMA until I got to college...I would be trying out Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on campus but it's so expensive for lessons. My campus is 50% forest and spread out on several large hills, though, so I get pretty much the entirety of my exercise walking around all day with my computer strapped to my back. I was bike riding a lot too until I moved to a more convenient location. I fail at working out, my arms look like twigs.
