I hate the curtains. I get the idea behind it--it's kinda cute to make a virtual "dressing room" since you're only "trying on" items, but... it's distracting. When I'm trying on items, I want to see how it's actually going to look against the blank white background of the site.

Maybe I can adblock the image? I'll have to try that when I get home.

kind of a hassle but

if you copy the image url of the preview image and replace the bit where it says "marketplace" with "none" then it shoes the image sans stupid bg.

but then again you might as well just do it in invo seach xD

In case anyone was wondering, my idea about adblocking it can't work. The curtains are part of the image, along with your avatar... not a separate image set behind it. Sadness.

I should start a petition asking for the removal of the curtains. xp

I used to clean images for tektek for a while and that was one of the tricks to getting the images :]

i figured that might be the case.

the image is probably applied with a script, so if you could find the source image you could try adblocking it? LOL.
but that's too much work, may as well make a petition :]
