One shoe trend i don't like is the peek-a-boo toe bootie.


You want to keep your feet warm but have two toes popping out (crammed toes never looks good btw)? Its looks like what happens when you have holes in your socks.

I have a pair of really sexy black stiletto booties but they have the open toe. I usually try to wear black socks / stockings with them cause people usually don't notice and toes are gross.

but yeah I never realized how bad my toes look until I'm out in a nice public place with some nice looking open toed shoes. I suddenly realize my toes look awful then for the remainder of the time I feel like everybody is looking at my toes and judging me.

yep, I go with black toe nails when I wear the shoes w/out stockings [ie. in the summer] cause that's how I roll. But i still really don't like it.

esp how the big toe and second toe gets smooshed together, and they're the only toes you can see. eurghg.

OH OH OH and I got so see the originals IRL at the McQueen exhibit
