- its where you lay on your back and kick your legs up in the air in the straight line, don't touch the ground! 6 inches of the ground!
This works out your upper thigh.

Also check out the Fire Hydrant.
.... ever seen a dog take a piss? Yeah this is what it looks like.
Go on all fours and lift on of your legs up 90 degrees. Lower. Then lift. Lower. Then lift.
This will work out your outer thigh. And to work your buns try this version

I love doing these since I live in a apartment and don't want to disturb my neighbors with jumping exercises. These are very low impact, and while funny looking at first these are great workouts.

Those look good. 3nodding

I think if I combine all the exercise and do aboue 30 minutes a day, that should show some result until August next year. XD

Squats are great. Granted, I'm no expert, but they seem to do a great job both with abs and your thighs. V:

As far as ab workouts though, from a pilates thing I used to do, one of things I felt most was essentially going up like a sit up, but holding your body at about a 45 degree angle? Hard to explain, but they did a good job. You can also turn to the sides and hold the position to work obliques. 3nodding

Currently, planks are awesome and pretty effective as far as what I'm doing outside of regular old cardio.

I love exercise, I'm so addicted!

Crunches are easier and faster than situps but get the same results.
For thighs it's all about lunges and leg lifts, squats are good too. Most of my exercise is just walking or running a lot, it seems to tone everything except my arms.
Why are exercise bikes called "spinning" now? It sounds so stupid. Those are brilliant for legs though, I used them a lot as part of my training for long jump.

I have lost up to 3 dress sizes in the last 4 months o.o
I changed my portion sizes for meals.
Seeing as i cant get in the sun, I do things like chair squats, wall press ups and I lift little weights. I also go for a walk once the sun starts to set

NO MOAR SITTING AROUND HEART BROKEN AND COMFORT EATING FOR ME.

I want to drop another one or two dress sizes and then tone some

I exercise every morning, and get paid doing it. emotion_awesome
But I hate it. I'm actually very lazy. I wouldn't even know how to work out on my own.

It's like I don't even know you any more. crying

You know...you all could do like i do. You'd definitely lose weight.

How'd you all feel about moving 12,000 pounds of freight in an hour five days a week? mrgreen

Will it make you tired?

Not gonna lie. YES.

But you will also be able to flip a Volkswagon Beetle.

Bear in mind, it's not for everyone. sweatdrop

Sports tend to get boring for me too easily. I tried so many and got bored after a short while every time. User Image
