So since this is Operation Scourigify everyone is going into one of two categories.
Category 1: Members haven't posted since March and have less than 15 posts They get banned outright UNLESS they are new members (as of April 1), which means they will have less than 15 posts. Use this message when banning:
Quote: You have been banned for inactivity. Bannings don't have to be permanent at HPGoG, if you want to come back, please let me know. If you think this is an error on our part, please PM Professor Adonis immediately.
Category 2: If they aren't in category 1 (which means they have more than 15 posts, but haven't posted since March) then PM them. This is the PM I made up but not sure if it's any good. feedback?
Quote: Greetings from HPGoG! The mods of HPGoG are currently doing a complete overhaul of the guild's memberslist. According to our records you are not sorted. In the guild rules we ask that you try to post at least five times a month. You are receiving this message because you have not posted in more than two months. You currently have [insert number of posts here] posts. If you do not make five additional posts before June 4, 2011, you will be banned. Obviously, we do not want this to happen! If you have any questions/concerns, please feel free to let me know! If you are currently busy, but plan to come back to the guild, please let us know.

Looks great Icee. I think the message for Cat. 2 is perfect. Seems to say everything it needs to.The only thing I can even think of is that we would be changing the expected post count for each month. Maybe that should be mentioned in the PM?
