Okay, this thread has a distinct lack of fanart.
I always wanted to do a painting called Six Men Take Shelter In A Storm. Basically, the second-arc NPA, in silhouette illuminated in places by the lightning so you can get a good sense of their attitudes, is walking through a graveyard on a hill, similar to the one that appears as concept art in... one of the manga volumes, I forget which. Soichirou will have his trademark Blazing Intense Look, Matsuda will be giving Soichirou a kind of comforting gesture, Aizawa will look bitter, Ide will have a doom-laden sort of expression, and Mogi will just be square-jawed and stoic the way Mogi tends to be. They're all carrying umbrellas, except for Light, who is standing on the very pinnacle of that hill, his arms spread subtly in the rain, the lightning casting his face in a brilliant glow. And obviously, the umbrellas are positioned so that none of them are seeing any of this.
And if I had the technical skill to pull it off, I wouldn't just be describing it. -.-
