And this is probably a stupid question, but what does it mean when it says "-In order to enter you must have... written BIRTHDAY WISHES!" ?

So i would know you have read the rules, there was a big problem with ppl skipping the rules last contest. an example was when I said do not post your wanted fairytale in the forum but PM me. Most people didn't listen and posted in the forum anyway -_- it was anoyin as heck. so thats why just to know u have read the rules and whatnnot.
