Thank you. It nice to hear someone believes in me.
I will try the tea, I tend to have problems at night too since I struggle to sleep so I eat. Early morning are horrible for me too. But that might be because I can't sleep at night.

It kind of sucks because I'm doing this all by myself and my dad kind of laughs at me trying. Every time I mess up or lose control he's like "Oh there goes Jess eat MORE food. Looks like your diet failed again"

Ugh I honestly hate my life. I miss my sibling horribly and I feel like crying all the time, which makes me want to eat.

Hopefully this tea thing will work, maybe if I get more sleep I'll be able to deal with more.

What your father is doing isn't ok, I'm pretty sure you know that but I just want to say it. While it's possible he thinks he's helping, (my dad did something kind of similar for a while until I stopped talking to him for over a year).

You might be able to tell him to stop talking about your weight or eating habits, that you're working on it and he's not helping, he's actually hurting your feelings and making it worse.

Even if you're sure he's just being a jerk, sometimes approaching people as if you think they're not assholes can make them more likely to change their behaviour.

♪NOTES!:So I'm trying to jump back on to this. Food is still a major issue for me but I'll get better. Next mouth we're hoping to go to Cedar Point and they have a water park and as of right now I do not fit my old swimsuit correctly. Gross. Wish me luck! Also I have been slowing getting better sleep. So waking in the morning isn't as hard as normal.

YOU CAN DO IT!

I was 160 for like 2yrs (5'7) and dropped 20lbs in a few months and then another 10 gradually over the next year. Gained 12 back > sad but working back to my ideal weight again lol.

Thank you. I've had a few bad weeks but things are finally calming down and I'm sleeping more so I feel better. I lover exercising but I get easily stressed out which makes me want to do nothing other than eat. I'm back under my original weight so that makes me happy. I know its water weight though.=( Better to get it off now. Also I guess its all the stress but I haven't got my period which I was suppose to have by April 19th. I've taken 4 pregnancy test and they all came up negative. I took all of them at least a week after my period was suppose to be.

Hopefully I GET IT SOON ><

So I haven't actually been slacking!! Well maybe on here I have but on my weight lose I haven't!!!

so I'm back down at 152. I got my dad working out with me and my boyfriend too! which is helping me a lot!! They keep me up and on it!which it feels pretty cool. since the last time I was talking about my dad it was about him picking on me about my "failed diets"

I love myfitnesspal.com and have met some really amazing people. I still have my bad (last yesterday) but I'm learning that everyday is a new day I just have to keep going!!!

It's finally warming up here which I'm totally excited about! I love being outside!! I've been craving a long swim! I LOOOVE SWIMMING!!

♪NOTES! Ah, okay so I'm back. BUT, I haven't give up on myself at all. I have been using this website myfitnesspal.com which I must say it amazing~ I love it! But I feel like I sorta need a journal to write in. I sleep better now a days but my stress level is to the extreme. My weight once again had been going crazy all over they place but since I last logged here it looks like I only gained one pound....not bad I guess. Anyways!! Back to work for me!
