I used the other half of my banana from yesterday. Im- agine my surprise when realize that they turn to mush when left inside a bag for 24 hours. When I was halfwa- y to school, I realized I had forgotten my peanut butter, and my stomach made sure I would regret that. I noti- ced that while eating my turkey burger, I got stuffed at three bites, and then got really hungry after that. I spe- nt the next hour and a half after lunch walking and run- ning the dogs at the SPCA next to my college. One r- eally, REALLY wanted to eat my jacket! He kept jum- ping up to my collar to get where the hood was laying. I ended up with very few calories for dinner, and decid- ed upon a salmon fillet (keta, because I'm not a fan of sockeye) with lemon juice, parsley, rosemary, and a small amount of "butter". I can't believe I didn't eat any vegetables at all today... How is that even possible? I need to buy some from the store tomorrow, or else it might become a habit... _____________________________________________

Not only did I go over my calorie amounts for the day, I ALSO ate a dangerously high amount of fat. Oh yeah, I can totally hear my arteries clogging, my heart starting to shut down, and my intestines cursing the day they were formed in my body. But ******** you, organs. ******** you. You will decay and die peacefully and silently, and you will like it, or so help me God, I'll... I'll Continue eat- ing s**t until you die faster. Very upset today, but luckily got a walk in to clear my mind. I felt much better afterward. I did a few exercises afterward, but nothing worth logging (i.e. 10 "pushups," bicep curls, crunches (per leg), squats, etc.). I'm actu- ally pretty tired, and I have class in the morning, though I wanted to get some good re- cipes online today. _____________________________________________

Well, definitely overdid it with the calories today, which is odd, because I was out all day. I bought more than enough vegetables today, as well as the fat free Italian dressing from Wishbone, only 15 calories per serving. Getting closer to the 50% carbs, 25% protein, and 25% fat ideal calorie breakdown, but I'm still not there yet. Also borrowed a 10-minute fitness DVD from a friend, though I'm not expecting much from it... _____________________________________________
