I would purposely give it back to the shinigami as I hold grudges way to long and at the spur of the moment kind of deal with anger I probably wouldn't be thinking out normally and right down such name whom angered, then everybody else who angered me lately.

well i would keep it for bragging right... but i would never use it... i might think about it sometimes... but i think it would be cool to have a shinigami around... that way if i talk to myself its not really myself its the shinigami im talking to.

I would kill any rivals I came across, but also criminals, oil companies, and maybe the president. That way it wouldn't seem like it's just people around me, but I would still be killing people I hate.

not sure.
i think i would just keep it untouched. id love a shinigami's company. my little brother is someone i can't really have a talk with and i talk to my friends everyday. so it's nice to talk to someone "new."
though i would probably use it only in case of an emergency or when i know for sure, i want to get rid of someone

Only reason I wouldn't use it is because I would want to go to either heaven or hell and not go to nothingness. Well i suppose nothingness is better than hell, but y'know, if there is the chance of heaven take it ; ) If it exists...
