Are we allowed to draw more than one character in the picture ?

you don't have to have fancy programs to draw digitally, Paint is fine.

Actually there is a lot of open sourced art programs avalible such as GIMP or I've found a legal free version of SAI (but it's a very old version) or a old version of open canvas which is free (before they started putting charges on the program). Paint.net is good as well. These are just a few.

Duh! Dunno why I didn't think about it before! Can I do a digital drawing using ScribblerToo? Only digital program I can use with my touchpad.

correct me if I'm wrong, but digital art is practically art WITH computer, and traditional art is practically art WITHOUT computer (excluding scans and such), is that what it is?
