I've never tried chocolate milk after a work out, I've definitely got to try that. I used to love chocolate milk when I was young but in the last few years, I haven't had any milk what so ever. Does it matter if it's non fat milk, 1%, or 2%?


um, I don't think so. I'd have to compare the protein content on them but I don't think it affects it.


The % deals with fat. Less fat = better for you.

I don't know what's all in chocolate milk, I just know it's not bad for you.

I also know for a fact that it has NEVER been a factor in my weight gain.

When we have some, I like to drink it in place of snacking. I think it's a good substitute, surely a lot healthier than the desserts I can't keep my mitts off of.
