A girl in my old band class was wearing a Young and the Hopeless Good Charlotte shirt. I walked up to her and said "That's a good album. I like their older stuff a bit better though". She just sorta looked at me weird and said "It's just a shirt...". I then kinda got mad and said "Yes... But it's for the band Good Charlotte".
Her: No it's not. It doesn't even say Good Charlotte on it.
Me: *sigh* Yes I know that. I have a friend who has the same shirt. But that's the name of their album, and that picture of the family watching TV is on the cover of the album.
Her: It is not. I'm a fan of GC's. I KNOW what's on the cover and what's not.
Me: *sigh...searches through backpack...finds CD, shows her*. There. See? GOOD CHARLOTTE. stare *puts back in backpack. Storms off... Mutters under breath* stupid people.

^that girl is a moron! ugh! i hate it when people do that! just the thought of pretending to like something just because you think it will make you "cool" makes me shudder. i mean the whole point of wearing band merch to show your love and support of the band, not trying to fit in with people. urk!

Hhmm I have this MCR black 'boy beater' that says: 'The devil has a place for you and me' with a cute little devil on it.
As for people pretending to like My Chemical Romance..uumm my bf's brother has an MCR shirt but we -think- maybe he's just trying to be trendy or attract trendy 'emo chicks'.

As for people pretending to like My Chemical Romance..uumm my bf's brother has an MCR shirt but we -think- maybe he's just trying to be trendy or attract trendy 'emo chicks'. Hopefully, emo chicks will smell the deceit on him.

that happened to a friend of mine, only it was a Bam shirt. this was the confersation(or something like it). its quite upsetting...

stupid posers. i would yell at anyone that had a shirt on that was a band i like, and they didnt even know who they were. I dont buy a shirt for a band until i know and like atleast 4 songs by them. i have a MCR shirt, but i dont really wear it. i bought it a size too big.... sweatdrop so im going to Hot Topic soon to get another one for me to wear.

no one at my school really likes MCR (or at least they dont wear anything or have anything that shows they do).umm lets see.....my fave MCR merch.is this jacket im getting on 8/8/.it says revenge on the front & has 2 guns on the back & between them it says my chemical romance.cant wait to get it!!^_^ oh & that prom night jacket or whatever its called that was inspired/designed by gerard.

i know someone who had one and hated mcr they just thought they would look cool stare
oh ermmm i like the revenge hoodie and the top from the 3 cheers tour i think it was with jack the ripper killing the prostitute and on the back it says 'shhh your beautiful just the way you are.'
