^_^
I'm going to the store tomorrow, I want to try that Activia stuff, I also want to get some Fiber One bars.
I'm not getting enough fiber.

I wish I could exercises more but it's too darn hot to go on walks, its well over one-hundred degrees out.
I cant wait until fall, I need cooler weather.

You could probably pace around your house for 20 or 30 minutes just to get some moving around. Any walking is better than none at all~ 3nodding

Just tell anyone in your house what you're doing so they don't think you're going crazy xD

Fiber One bars are absolutely amazing. I love them so so much. The chocolate ones seriously make me feel like I'm eating a candy bar.

And grats on the loss! Just remember that, in the beginning, you lose a lot of water weight. So don't get sad if you don't see the big numbers next week--you're not supposed to. One to two pounds a week is what you should aim for for healthy weight loss that you can maintain in the long run. heart

congrats on the loss! i'm really happy for you!

honestly, to me, fiber one bars are glorified candy bars. they have several different types of sugar, the fiber is added in(as in, very little is there before that), & it always gave me megabad farts when i ate them. you'd be better off baking your own fiber bars, IMO. but to each their own smile

To be honest, that pretty much describes every single commercially-available granola bar. They get labeled as health food, but, by and large, they're all loaded with sugar and/or fat.

It is great to see you're actually eating right.

As for fibre one bars, I've never tried them myself.
I hear raspberries, oats and avocados are really high in fibre.
Though I gather fibre bars might be more convenient, may fit in better with your diet, or might just be tastier.

I don't really have much of an opinion on granola bars... I think they can be benificial if you're lacking in something. But I think it's good to read a little into what you're buying, and be a little skepticle about advertising.

Congrats on losing 5 lbs! That's great news! 4laugh and yes, soreness is a good sign, it means you're working hard and your muscles are rebuilding themselves.

Keep up the awesome work! wink
