I think her music is okay in small dosages.
If you listen to the song too much, it gets old really fast.
Kind of like California Girls. I now hate that song. xD;

Of course she is overrated. She's like most of the artists out there.
Every artist is overrated. That doesn't mean the don't make good music/songs.

her songs are catchy....lots are innapropriate though. I don't listen to them around my younger siblings. But I can sing most of the words to any of her songs, and although Hot and Cold is like ages old it's still an easy one to dance to!!! biggrin

The first song I listened to by Katy Perry was "Hot 'n Cold" and I was hooked XD
