Ideas for contests and events

I'm working on a riddle thread so if you would like to write some zOMG! related riddles please do. I'll start a post for that soonish.

Idea

So we want to bring awareness of zOMG! to the rest of the Site, right? Well we should have a "Post in all Gaia's forums" day. I don't mean spamming or anything like that but just posting in all the different forums with our banners and maybe a off topic plug for zOMG! I know a lot of you post in the other forums so that should be an easy one.


"Play date" in zOMG! It's to promote usership of the game by having everyone bring a person that is new or someone that has left back to zOMG. We could also see about doing a "Playdate" with the staff. Have everyone invite a staff member to play zOMG! with you. Maybe we could do some kind of event in game for a prize too.

The idea is to have a riddle that is given weekly, so it should be hard, first person to guess it gets a zOMG! power-up or zOMG! related items like a fluff or something.

In the thread I want to run a riddle contest where people submit riddles based on zOMG! of course for others to guess. They would PM the answer to the mule. If they can go a week without anyone guessing it they get.....10k?

The third is just for fun not prizes and it just would be posting everyday riddles for people to guess.

That would be good Sen, but you'd have to be really careful not to spam on a forum. It is such a pain anymore lol. But best chance is to link it to this guild through a banner in a signature. just make sure the banner really strikes the interest and is not to massive that our members would be annoyed with it lol.
I feel so incompetent right now being that I cannot do the stuff I usually do, and am very good at lol.

Sadly Those two things I cannot do, Since i cannot get on zOMG atm. And You pretty much know all the people I played with lol.

papa saw
etc,
hive
etc,
dmp
etc.

But you could also through in "Challange" Instances
making one like
"No power up" requirement
or "no heal" to make it a little more fun and hard for the people doing it.
I would like to do those with the guild soon as I am able to =)

So you could do...
"Shewolf- Do or Die No heal.- Event. XD

Okay so the theme is set, we'll have a beach party. Makes sense since it's summer right? (Yes we still want to hear more event ideas!)

Now for some games and things to do in game.

Writing in the sand. We use are avatars to right zOMG! Rocks!
Or we found our z!Spot on zOMG!

I like the boss challenge idea a lot and personally wouldn't mind holding a few of these. People get far too comfortable with their buffs and powerups. >D
