Okay, since every other player here seems to be in Attack Mode, I'm going to try and show what I would sub in your deck, at least monster wise since you mentioned you would deal with Blackwing - Backlash on your own.
Blackwing - Breeze the ZephyrI don't see why people have a problem with this card to be honest. You Normal Summon a Blackwing and get a Tuner straight from the deck, no charge. And it saves you from having to dish out Gale when you don't need him.
Blackwing - Gust the BackblastBy what I read from its effect, it's a major downgrade from Sirocco. It stats are low and its special summon effect only works when your field is empty. I don't see that happening much with your deck, especially when Black Whirlwind is likely to be on the field a good portion of the time.
I'd suggest switching out Gust for another Bora or Sirocco. Either of those traditionally give you more options.
Blackwing - Ghibli the Searing WindWhat could be dubbed as the Blackwing's attempt at Battle Fader. Looking at its stats and effect, it would only serve you well against one attack, unless you had a Torrential Tribute sitting around.
Personally it would better to switch it with Battle Fader as it serves as a Negate Attack with a Special Summon.

It is all your choice as to what you keep in your deck and what you replace it with, but seeing as you put it on a forum where people could review it, you must expect people's reaction to it, both positive and negative. Sadly for this place, its almost always negative.
