vitamins like calcium, and protein right? do you take all stones or only the harder to get ones?

Yes, those. And I take any stones but Thunderstones and Everstones. I already have 5 extra Thunderstones. @_@

yes, unless it's an evolutionary stone that's not a water or fire stone, then you may have 2.
