There are two pokemon that are ghost and dark they do not have weakness but there not all that strong ether.

but id love to battle them

I don't know about celebi, I think latias and mewtwo are better personally.Ho-oh and Kyogre are definately my most powerful pokemon though.

Because he's a ghost/poison type.

haunter's weak against psychic because it's a poison type...also ghosts(like dragons) are weak against their own type

and ghost types don't have a resistance to Psychic attacks, which is why they're super effective.
