Well, what I ate yesterday.....

2 cookies: 350
Samich: 250
Pizza: 500
Icecream&fries: 500
Cake: 300
Alcohol: 500

2,400


BUT. I walked all day and even had work and worked out.
So.
._.
I had to have burnt around 800 calories or more.



Today

Omelette: 350
Fries: 150
Toast: 50

550 so far.
._.
I'll be eating more later, of course.

It is now wednesday and I have my wisdom teeth out.

I've been reading and most studies are showing that if you exercise at least thirty minutes a day, drink ice cold water and not sodas, and take a multi vitamin you will start dropping weight pretty quick.

Don't give up. If you don't have time for exercise lately, then do something to get your metabolism up.

Try to do a few mountain climbers (if you don't know what that is, look here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KI8u58hPam4 )

So if you ever feel like there's no time for exercise, just get a little something in. You can do it!

Haha, it was pure fat. I've already lost the water weight back in December.
I lost 5 inches.

Oh, and those were a b***h! I got dry sockets. D:
Atleast they're all better now.

They dug mine out since they hadn't come through, it was terrible. e_e Meds were great though, I don't remember a thing.

And wow, congrats congrats on the fat loss! That's awesome and exciting and :D <3

So, I had GREAT progress for a month.


Now I've found a boy that loves my body.
I've stayed the same dimensions, 31 inch waist, but I've gained weight.

I hope it's magical muscle.
