That looks a lot better!
The placement of the feather adds to the composition now, rather then distracting from it.
The only thing anatomy wise is her left arm. I feel it could be raised slightly to improve the foreshortening but I'm not sure.
It's excellent work though.

But I'm not sure about the arms. They seem like they aren't long enough even from this perspective. Maybe I'm just seeing things, and if I am I'm sorry. sweatdrop but the forearms appear rather small.

I like how you did this one with pose, and how you can feel the despair in this picture. I think that FlipOutNinja could be right about the arms looking a little short. Especially her right arm, for it seems shorter to me. If you use some foreshortening on the upper arm that could help out then maybe you draw the elbow more towards the viewer. Although I'm unsure about this because of the picture's perspective and portions of the arm and her body.

Sorry that I wasn't helpful with this, as I really unsure about the arms. gonk
