I had such a slack day. sweatdrop Physically, I mean. I got a lot of Homework done. I really do wish I'd excercised more yesterday.
Exercise:
5:30-6:00- Half hour walk
Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee
Rockmelon
Morning Tea: Strawberry Yoghurt
Lunch: 1 ham sandwich
2 glasses of sugar-free soda
Afternoon: I glass of iced coffee
Dinner: Curried saussage again (so some days my Mum isn't home during the week and she cooks enough of something to last two nights)
