Friday Fifth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.

I had such a slack day. sweatdrop Physically, I mean. I got a lot of Homework done. I really do wish I'd excercised more yesterday.


Exercise:
5:30-6:00- Half hour walk

Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee
Rockmelon

Morning Tea: Strawberry Yoghurt


Lunch: 1 ham sandwich
2 glasses of sugar-free soda

Afternoon: I glass of iced coffee

Dinner: Curried saussage again (so some days my Mum isn't home during the week and she cooks enough of something to last two nights)

Saturday Sixth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.
Today was another example of how I seem to suddenly consume way more calories at dinner than I do during the rest of the day. This is kind of a mixture between me not wanting to complain about what get cooked, and, a sort of eating habit that's hard to break out of.

Breakfast: 2 cups of Coffee

2 slices of toast with vegemite


Lunch: Some rockmelon


Dinner: Filet Mingon, with Dianne sauce, potato, and salad. I also had a glass of rum and cola.

Sunday Seventh of February, Two Thousand and Ten.

My friend actually wasn't home, so we couldn't to bag-work together.

Exercise:
3:00-4:00 10 minute warm-up
Cardio workout video
8 minute legs
10 minutes TKD patterns
10 minutes jogging
10 minutes stretching

Breakfast: 2 cups of coffee
2 slices of toast



Lunch: Fruit Salad

Afternoon: I glass of sugar-free cola

Dinner: Steak, dianne sauce, potatos and vegetables.

Monday Eighth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.

Had an alright day. Didn’t exercise much in the arvo because I was so busy with school work.

Exercise:
5:30-6:00- Half hour cardio (2 YouTube work-out videos, ten minutes jogging)
3:00-3:30- Half hour walk home


Breakfast:
2 cups Coffee
1 banana

Morning Tea: Strawberry Yoghurt


Lunch: Vegemite Sandwhich
Lunch: 3 slices of watermelon



Dinner: Steak, chips, and salad.

Tuesday Ninth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.
Gar. Slept in, and it was too rainy to walk. And Tae Kwon Do wasn't that intense. I felt so under-excercised.

Exercise:
3:00-3:30- Half hour walk home.
6:00-8:00pm- Tae Kwon Do

Breakfast:
2 cups Coffee
1 banana


Lunch: Tuna sandwhich

Afternoon: 2 slices of watermelon
1 iced coffee



Dinner: Silverside, mashed potato, and vegetables. 1 glass of sugar-free cola.

Wednesday Tenth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.


Exercise:
5:30-6:00am- Walk
3:00-3:30- Walk home
4:40-5:20- Jogging, 2 Youtube cardio workout routines and ten muntes stretching.

Breakfast:
2 cups Coffee
2 slices of watermelon


Lunch: Stawberry Yoghurt. Ham, lettuce and tomato wrap


Dinner: Silverside, mashed potato, and vegetables.

Thursday Eleventh of February, Two Thousand and Ten.


Exercise:
5:30-6:00am- 10 minutes cardio (videos+running)
3:00-3:30- Walk home
6:00-8:00pm- Tae Kwon Do

Breakfast:
2 cups Coffee
2 slices of toast with vegemite


Lunch: Stawberry Yoghurt. Ham sandwhich.

Dinner: Beef Stroganoff, with pasta

Friday Twelth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.

I'm finding I'm getting better at running, and not tiring anywhere near as quickly as I used to.

I Had a really early dinner though, at my friend's house, and I'm not used to excercising after eating at night.


Exercise:
5:30-6:00am- Walking
7:30-8:10- 30 minutes cardio (videos+jogging), 10 minutes stretching.

Breakfast:
2 cups Coffee
1 Banana


Lunch: Stawberry Yoghurt. Chicken and lettuce sandwhich.

Dinner: Chicken, salad, and a little bit of fried rice.

Others: 2 slices of Rockmelon, after dinner.

Saturday Thirteenth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.


Exercise:
2:40-3:10- Brisk walk
6:25-7:05- 30 minutes cardio, 10 minutes TKD practice.

Breakfast:
2 cups Coffee
Stawberry Yoghurt. 1 Plum. 1 Slice of Rockmelon.


Lunch: Chicken, tomato and cheese sandwhich.

Dinner: Beef Stroganoff.
Others: 3 glasses of sugar-free cola

Sunday Fourteenth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.


Exercise:
Okay, so I did no real excercise that day. But my friends and I went for a walk at 12:30m, and I wasn't sure whether to add that under Saturday night, but I guess it was technically Sunday.

Randomly at 12am: 4 pieces of chocolate <--- I KNOW that is a bad time to eat that. sad

Breakfast:
2 cups Coffee
Strawberry yoghurt. Rockemelon.


Lunch: Chicken, cheese and tomato sandwhich with mayo.

Dinner: A little bit of chicken (there was hardly any left), a microwave vegetable pack with Thai Green Curry sauce, to which I added brocoli, some peas and corn, and one potato.
Others: 1 glass Coke Zero

Monday Fifteenth of February, Two Thousand and Ten.
Can't get my mum to buy a sugar substitute. But, I've cut down to having one sugar in my coffee now.

Exercise:
5:30-6:00- 30 minutes cardio
3:35-4:05- Walk home.

Breakfast:
2 cups Coffee
Rockmelon.


Lunch: Strawberry yoghurt. Ham sandwhich.

Afternoon tea Some rockmelon.
Dinner: Cordon Bleu chicken, with chips
Others: 350 mL Coke Zero

5:30-6:00am- Half hour walk
3:10-3:40pm- Ten minutes jogging, ten minutes TKD practice, ten minutes workout video.
6:00pm-8:00pm- Tae Kwon Do


Breakfast:
2 cups Coffee
2 Plums


Lunch: 1 plum.
Ham sandwhich.

Afternoon tea Strawberry yoghurt.
1 cup of coffee


Dinner: 2 pork medallions. Baked potato. Peas, onion, and gravey.
Others: 1 green tic-tac

4:20-5:00- Workout videos, jogging, practicing TKD patterns,star-jumps.

Breakfast:
2 cups Coffee
2 Plums


Lunch: 1 plum.
Ham sandwhich.

Afternoon tea Strawberry yoghurt.



Dinner: Tandoori Chicken, with rice.
Others: glasses of Coke Zero
