Just as long as we stayed on the Good half of the cross, we should be karmically (sp?) okay.
I do not think that word means what you think it means.

That guild is outrageously, incredibly, ridiculously, pathetically fluffy.

I know what it means. I just used it in the popular context, which is wrong. I'll watch it when I want to use the word next time.

I like what Konstantinos has: an equal-armed cross with the vertical line representing Good and Evil, and the horizontal line representing Light and Dark. Just as long as we stayed on the Good half of the cross, we should be karmically (sp?) okay.

I guess that would be one thing I can "permanently" add to my path because after I heard and thought about it it made sense to me and has stuck for a while. smile

If there's one thing I've learned on the Internet, it's to avoid those who actually call themselves dark. Most of them are just Internet tough guys who think they have 1337 majickul sk1llz.

Sorry. I have a life outside Gaia. Gods forbid.

Dark paganism--I'm not so sure. It's probably like the word "religion:" How can one define it?

Well you use the word, so it must mean something to you. Is it more of a negative boundary? Not that dark pagainism is something, per se, but that it is not something else?

Personally, I don't believe in a "good" or "evil".
And yet, your lack of belief doesn't change the fact that the words have meanings and places within objective reality. rolleyes

I'm afraid this is one of those places where Konstantinos is fluffy as ********.

Fluff. Good fodder for the worst things a pagan could say thread though.

I mean, hell, can we say Racist Culture Rape?

For my own traditions, what is applied as "light and dark" is often confused with other concepts, including pure and impure and good and evil.

Though I'm not part of a dualistic theology in the popular regard.

I realize they may be real to other people, just not to me.

I could never understand what the heck he was talking about. He could replace all instances of "energy" with "cream puffs" and would make about as much sense. Also, tastier.

I kinda see it as a light/dark (or I guess I should say white/black) gradient scale. White being pure, black being...not so pure. Most/all people fall in the shades of grey and I see that as being just fine.
