Unless it is written down that at the end of the day if you forget your cards they will be taken by the shop owner or anyone who happens upon them. And they have signed said piece of paper that they understand.
Then you still technically took someone else's property. neutral

TwinHeart they same goes for my local stores with magic and yugioh, if its in a deck box or binder you are supposed to give it to the owner just incase some comes looking for it even though it isnt there responsibility. if some opens a pack and just leaves it there its their own falut and its up for grabs most of us just hand the pack to a beginer or just leave it on a table because we dont have a need for those cards. so Iget what freash porn is saying. Yay someone smart ^.^ You go to Comics M.D or a sister store of the like?

Fresh Porn armycat jockamoe Fresh Porn Nope, rule in the locals. you leave the cards behind on a table, they are considered freebies. I stayed for an hour after that. No one came looking for it so it was a freebie stack That's a pretty b***h rule. Hey at least I waited to see if he came back -.- But its a rule of thumb for my locals. You leave a stack of cards behind, its up for grabs. He left for work, you yourself said that. So why would he have come back? Also at your later post I understand English perfectly well. I was just saying it's a bitchy rule. You know that term the kids use "That's a b***h move Sandy Claus."

That rule makes perfect sense to me.
Pay attention to your stuff, don't expect the store/others to do it for you.

Thank you, I agree it sucks when you find out you left something behind and its gone when you go back for it but Ive learned that the hard way, the same goes for lending people cards, its not a smart move, people can just up and leave and even claim that tis theirs. If you value your stuff dont leave it out of your sight. or dont bring so much stuff that you'll lose track of it. The reaction most people are giving is insane, if you say a fifty dollar bill laying in the street none of you would go looking for the person that lost it you would go yes Im so lucky, this is no difference then that.

I was merely seeing if he indeed would come back for it, which he didn't since he could have simply "forgotten it", and therefore imlpies he left it as free stuff.

Well I apologize for the misunderstanding on that matter. Really though why not just hang on to it and give it back next week?

Well then I have no problems. I guess I just mistook your opening post as staking a claim off what I considered an inadequate attempt at retuning someones cards. But if you check next week then I guess you've earned them.

Partial other idiots fault for failing their english class.
