I've collected my mother's, my sister's, and my brother's magazines
[ that's why It's odd sometimes for other people that I'm having girly mags ]

I only have one issue of shonen jump
I'm not an avid manga fan
Best reference would be a mirror [ for character reference ]
and taking picture [ having knowledge in photography ] also helps

school finally started, I still need to talk to my counselor about my college (I got accepted over break :> ), I got a scholarship I need to finish a painting for by the 30th, contests, art trades, and all that rubbish.

I'll try and get the first part done, I know it would only take a moment since I've done that since 7th grade >.>


In the requirements it says mentees have to write journals regarding artistry. Do you mean what we've done in that week, or how we think we've improved?
Also, do you want the journals to be online, like in the Gaia Journals thing?

I tend to ask alot of questions if I'm even slightly confused about something. I don't like doing something and then finding out I did it wrong ><;;

I'll try and post a journal thingie tonight or in the morning, I might end up falling instantly asleep in a few minutes =3=


I think I'll be able to work on the assignments and at least get the first few done over the weekend. Too much drama during school to get anything done, AP art class is reserved for AP art stuff, and I'm exhausted right now ;^;

I would like you to be my mentor. smile I'm not very good at drawing but I can still do it though. wink The problem is I don't have my latest drawing to let you observe my level. In the meantime, I'm studying for my mid-term exam(starts on: 13/4/2010 ends on: 21/4/2010). I also do not know how to scan artwork and send it to you(maybe you can PM me "how to" if you ever accept me as your mentee). You can teach me from the basics. I see that you challenge the person which wanted to become your mentee... I'm not sure if I can do it, but I'm sure I'm not giving up. I'll try no matter what. sweatdrop PM me if you accept/challenge me to become your mentee.

I'm available most of the day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, after 6:00 on Tuesday and Thursday. If I'm up to it and not pooped from work- I'll be available before 2:00 on Saturday and Sunday, but usually I'm snoozing about before I go to work.
