Naruto The Shinigami so its appearance will most likely look like this  This looks like Power Tool Dragon to me or some varient of it

Dr Iceic I dont think so... and where would your proof be, you sound confident enough. I have a strong gut feeling, plus I have a friend who live in japan who claims to have seen some early leak.

Blackfeather Dragon DARK/Dragon - Synchro - Effect/8/2800/1600 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters. When you would receive damage from a card effect, place 1 Black Feather Counter on this card instead. This card loses 700 ATK for each Black Feather Counter on it. Once per turn, you can remove all Black Feather Counters from this card to have 1 face-up monster your opponent controls lose 700 ATK for each counter removed, and inflict the same amount of damage to your opponent. Overall it's a bad card.

Sasori00923 it's not really that bad if you think about it...though getting it out might be a problem sweatdrop it's just as summonable as the other 8-Star Synchros. and i guess u could build some weird burn deck with it to weaken opponent's monsters. its not BAD, but it's not GOOD either =/ Colossal Fighter is still the better 8-Star 2800 ATKer

Any small burn effect causes it to drop to 2100ATK, making it easy to run over. 2 burn effects make it 1400ATK

But if you can keep it alive (since most burn stalls anyway, it'll be awhile before the burn deck actually kills it in battle (except Volcanics)) you can use it's effect to blast up to 2800 damage to your opponant. Overall, It's still not good enough to be the Blackwings Boss Monster.
