New food discovery for me. Though I love frozen chopped brocolli (cold or cooked), I absolutely hate raw broccoli. It feels like I am eating wood.

redface I slipped yesterday when some friends were over. We deep fried some fries and some doughnuts, so add about 500-1000 more calories for yesterday.

You are doing great, keep going! If you feel you are about to slip, drink a glass of water first, you may not be as hungry after it, if you are, then eat healthy.You can feel hungry when you are really thirsty.

It's going ok. I am having problems on wednesdays because friends come over and I need to do more cardio, but I am doing pretty well.

What do you and your friends do on Wednesdays? If there's like, a local mall, you can get a ton of walking done while socializing too. :]
If you can't work out one day a week though it won't hurt. :]
