LEADERSHIPELECTIONS!

http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/politics/4582930.stm

I do hope they elect Menzies Campbell. He's a wise and revered figure and would help offer a good solid alternative to David Cameron's youth and inexperience.
Campbell isnt standing. he said he wouldnot challenge kennedy.. i think he wants a corination more than a fight. but in the end if they manage to oust Kennedy Campbell would take over as a sort of caretaker leader me thinks till someone young comes along.

He isn't? Maybe he just wasn't.

Because I'm quite sure that he is now.

He said he wouldn't challenge Kennedy. I assume that since Kennedy stepped down thats not challenging Kennedy.

I think Ming's the best choice at the moment until someone less slimy than Hughes and more charismatic than Huhne comes along.

Heheheh..

..you poor buggers. Everyone running for leadership seems to be a pensioner, a drunk or a cheating pervert.

Are you sure you want to stay with that party Simon?

I'd be on the edge of my seat..

..except none of them have made clear any of their policies or in which direction they want to take their party.

*sigh*

I like them though. They give the impression of being cheerful amateurs.

I heard him being very scathing about the 2005 tory manifesto and the most violent and right-wing manifesto evar, or some such rubbish.

I can't find a copy of his exact words, but I know the manifesto really wasn't that bad.
