Exercise, Dec 15th:
:[ Walked around classes w/ the ankle weights .
50 girlie push up things
15 leg lifts on each leg
20 rolley-hellecopter things on each arm. (10 in each direction)

I had like 7 minutes of jumping rope. Though I don't think it counts for much.

December 16th: Rawr!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Breakfast: Prolly the same as always, good ole raisin bran smile .

Lunch: packed a salad and a pb and j sandwich.

Dinner: Spaghetti pasta w/ tomato sauce, garlic, green onions, and mushrooms. I had a small cup of apple juice and a small cup of soy milk.

Exercise; I rode my bike to school today. 45~60 ish minutes of biking smile

December 17th(Horrible Day for weight loss):

Breakfast: I woke up late this morning so I didn't really have much time for breakfast + we were out of bran flakes.
I rode my bike to school and bought a banana/water for breakfast.

Lunch:
Since I had spent all but a dollar on my breakfast, I could only afford to buy 2 of those tiny bags of sun chips for lunch. >.< I ended up giving one of the bags to my friend.

Snack: when I got home I had an apple w/ peanut butter and an orange.

Dinner:
Errm, I'm in the process of cooking that now, garlic spaghetti again. >,< too tired to make anything else xD

Exercise: Biked to school and back home. 1 1/2~2 hours .
I may do some more later, but I doubt it. Loads of homework >.< and I won't be getting any sleep tonight...literally.

December 18th:
For breakfast I didn't eat anything :[ I stayed up all night doing hw..and I just didn't have the time.

Lunch: 2 green small bags of sunchips, orange juice

Snack: >.> I had ..a lot of potato chips when I got home xP! It was bad D:..but so good ya know?! I'm eating an apple atm biggrin

December 19th:
I suppose yesterday need a bit of a explanation. I wasn't going anorexic I promise, I just hadn't gotten any sleep the night before so I was somewhat too dead to eat. When I got home I immediately slept for the next 18 hours.

Weight Loss News: I checked my fail scale, and it would seem that I've lost around 1-2 pounds this week! Soo Huzzahhh!!!!!!! :]

Breakfast: If I recall correctly I had oatmeal and soymilk along with a pb and j.

Lunch:
I had some lentils..but not many >.< and I also had another pb and j sandwich while waiting for them to cook.

Dinner: Pasta w/ tomato sauce. (I was too lazy to make anything worth eating). I had some unsweetened grape fruit juice as well as an apple.

Post-Dinner: I had another pb a j D: /bad


Exercise: Went biking before dinner. - Stopped at a park on the way too.. Went swinging smile . I hope that counts as a bit of cardio cause it was fun!

-50 womanly push ups
-25 crunches
-10 leg lift things per leg
-10 inner thigh light things per leg
-15 bicycle crunches

Thoughts;
I've lost about a pound so I'm really excited about my weight loss! Err I just hope that excitement gets me through winterbreak without too much binging! Be Strong!!

Exercise (right after I woke up biggrin )

-50 girlie pushups
-10 bicycles
-10 inner thigh raises
-10 outer thigh raises
-50 jabs
-10 standing flies

I'll bike later in the day when it warms up a bit >:O

Breakfast:
-Big bowl of oatmeal D:
-tiny cup of unsweetened grapefruit juice
-Large glass of green tea
-banana


Lunch:
- Fried (olive oil) pasta noodles w/ soy sauce, egg white, green peppers , garlic, littliest amount of celery. It tastes better than it sounds I suppose.. ;O
-little ginger sauce w/ the pasta(ginger, onion, soy sauce, ACV)
- Tangerine
-bottle of water

biked to the store to buy headphones** I suppose that counts as exercise too.
Dinner:
-Leftover pasta from lunch
-Banana
-water

More Food: Idk what happened sad I was really hungry around 6 >..

Breakfast:
2 Squash Enchiladas (Didn't use a lot of cheese because my tummy can't take it, don't worry biggrin ! ).

Exercise: Went for a 35 minute walk after breakfast.

Snack: grapefruit and a banana..or multiple bananas, can't really recall.

Lunch: Leftover from the other day's noodle stuff. smile Had a banana with it and some more water.

Something in between: Idk between the hours of lunch and dinner I had 1 1 and a half pb and j sandwiches. . . and like 5 billion bananas/tangerines/grapefruits


Dinner: Lima beans (still cooking them D: )

Breakfast:
1 pb and J sandwich, little glass of 2% milk.

Exercise: Cleaning

Lunch: Left over lima beans, tossed spinach salad-like thing.

Dinner: Well I don't think it really counts as dinner..since I ate it at like 3 lolz. >.< Anyhoo I was a bad little weight loss person D: and in this meal I consumed like 800 calories. > sad But , in my defense, I didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day.

Exercise:

-30 minutes of biking..
-50 womanly push ups
-10 inner thigh lifts
-10 outer thigh lifts
-15 bicycles (or 25 ..can't really remember)
-50 Upper cuts
-50 Jabs
-10 Standing Flies.

Post Dinner: Okay so I was legitimately hungry > sad . I had a small bowl of pasta w/ ehh squash. Half a pb and j and 2 apples. I also had water with this..but I guess that's sort of implied.

What I learned from said video:
-You need cardio and strength training to be successful
->.< Low calorie rice cakes are bad xP!
-Don't eat too few calories!
-That guy is super hot!

Breakfast: Going to have some oatmeal

Exercise: Biking to the university's library to get some work done (25-30mins)

Lunch: I have a dollar and some change so I'll eat w/e I can buy there x.x; (>.> Bag of salt and vinegar chips D:...240 calories? )

Exercise: Biked home (~30 mins)

Post-Lunch: Err when I got home, I had a real meal. White rice, steamed peas, carrots and corn, And then also a bit of stir fried tofu/onions and garlic.
W/ lots of water of course.

Dinner:
Pb and J w/ 2% milk.
..D8 I also had a soda (Sprite) sometime after dinner.

Exercise:

-60 Girlie Push ups
-12 Inner thigh lifts
-10 outer thigh lifts
-60 jabs
-60 upper cuts
-20 standing flies
-20 Bicycles
-10 Rotating Crunches

Breakfast: Probably some oatmeal, soymilk , and pineapple?
Erm..there was a bag of shredded cheddar in the fridge >.<; I've been kinda pinching little bits of it sad . I shall stop!

Exercise: Biking to the uni again. Starbucks! Don't worry , I didn't eat or drink any of their obesity cups.

Snack: when I got home I had a bit of pineapple.

Lunch:
:[ My friends kindof forced me to go to this Mom and Pop restaurant with them >.< and the only meatless item was cheese grits and eggs :[ .

Exercise:
I went biking again, about 25 mins

Dinner:
2 little helpings of mac and cheese, 1 thing of fat free peach yogurt, water. Err I think I had a tangerine somewhere in there.

Exercise:

-12 inner thigh lifts
-12 outer thigh lifts
-60 jabs
-60 upper cuts
-20 standing flies
