oh true, thats good that your mum is an RN. I was just thinking "gosh im borderline manic on 1200 cals, i dont know how i could cope on just 1000!"

I usually weigh myself on fridays and mondays, in the morning, before eating anything, after peeing xD
its nice to have in RN in the family. we save money because she'd just fix us up at home. we only need to go to a doctor if we need meds or need bones re-a-lined.

ok so i guess i'll start weighing myself in the mornings.

you dont ahve to weigh in the mornings, thats just preferable fo rme ^_^ I think as long as you are consistent its fine

I've thought about weighing myself at night but I've been doing it in the morning so the extra two or three pounds from morning to afternoon might hurt my soul.

I met my fiance when I had sworn off relationships for my own mental health, things just happen that way sometimes.

i know what you mean with the weight gain from morning to night. and it is a bet disheartening.

it seems like lot of people find the loves of their life when they stop actively trying. neutral

My Thought on the Day: it is 1:30 in the morning... and i'm up with a headache. i have take some meds but they have caffeine in them so i'm going to have a sleepless night.

i still have a headache... its just not going away... its 11am...

class got canceled do to blizzard.... i walked half way there and some on told me on the side walk that it was canceled... i still can't feel my face or toes.... 1pm

my head isnt killing me has badly... but i question if its healthy to take the number and mix of pills i have to just to get some relief. 4pm

i think i'm ready for my math test final tomorrow... i need to get a 85% or better to get an A-.

i've never had it so i cant love it, like it or hate it... raw foods aren't always a bad thing, i like most of my vegys raw.

My Thought on the Day:down side of buying fruit.... fruit flies...they have taken over my apartment.

Im thinking about giving up all wheat products. my dad has Coeliac disease and i think i may have it too... for those of you who don't l know what Coeliac disease is . its when the small intestine has a bad reaction to wheat Gluten, making you ill.

I'm freezing, i wander if shivering burns calories. if so how many pre hour....

My Thought on the Day:Im watch Discoverer Health and there are all this stories of over weight people that step up and change their lives. and loss all their extra pounds. its scary how big some of this people have gotten. but yet they can loss 100, 200 even 300 pounds to better themselves. it make my 50lb goal not only reachable but easy.... neutral

i need to go shopping... i'm out of healthy favorites... and because of that i've had to be creative... pickles, cheese, and beef pastrami roll up thingys with a little mayo are not a good mix...
