Usually, this area is crawling with Cargo, but Cold Eye's also reside there. Apparently, they are the Slimes and Mushrooms of the surface maps.
Oh, and some other stuff. I was going to see Balrog (FINALLY!!!!!!!! scream ) but I was called JUST as he came through. I never even saw him. b*****d.
