Faerie- *huggles back* Yup, I'm here. I just had to finish digging out my den. ^^

bandaidd stoppped and shifted the pack on her back. She looked forlornly at the place where she dug out a burrow when she was last in Rabbit Oaks. The old tree was gone and someone had put in a parking lot. A glowing sign proclaimed the GRAND OPENING of the MEADOWS SHOPPING CENTRE.
bandaidd sighed and hopped down main street in the heat of a sultry summer day and disappeared into the familiar calm of the old tavern. She dropped a few coins into the honor bowl and helped herself to a dewdrop ice.
She went back to the darkest corner to wait out the day, detrmined to ask for lodging if the owner should appear. Otherwise, she really didn't know what she would do.
After a few sips, she closed her eyes and leaned back in the chair. She slowed her breathing and cleared her mind. She let her legs sprawl beneath her accidentally running into her dusty pack, which she pushed away. She willed herself to relax and center.

Nei sings as she hangs her clothes on a near by branch. Gathering courage, she steps into the cold water.

bandybun wakes up curled on the floor with a crick in her neck. She yawns and stretches, digs the bell from her pack and then goes outside to do her sun salutations.
The streets seem deserted and she makes her way to the creek, happy that she won't have to break a crust of ice. The cresses are in full algal bloom and she impiously looks forward to breaking her fast later.
She strips quickly and bathes in the noisy stream, then steps out and shakes off her fur until it no longer clings to her form. In the calming hold of the ritual, bandy turns to the sun and whispers a grateful prayer to Ormazd. She then picks up her woven garments and beats them on a rock till the dust flies. bandaidd holds the garments in front of her briefly, trying once again to make sense of them before donning-- trying valiantly to don them in the accepted manner-- throwing them on haphazardly.
Blood and ashes! Angra Mainyu must have made these...

*draws rectangle in dirt, steps in and gets out bell*

Her morning ablutions performed, she harvests some watercress for her morning meal and heads back to the park in Rabbit Oaks to enjoy it.

Psyzapp- Ooh, I love coffee and carrot cake. They're handy to have around. And you're welcome to join me for tea and zucchini bread if you'd like.^^
*wanders over to the tavern. Props up a sign near the till [please continue to use the honor system and I'll keep the shelves stalked]. Wanders out stopping to tape another sign in the window [Two rooms upstairs and one in the back if anyone wants to use them. Plus a few cots and blankets in the storage room.]*
(OOC- I'll be out of town Sat.-Wed. I'll try to check in a couple of times but no promises. Hopefully I won't miss too much. ^^)

Nei washes herself up and then sits by a nearby rock. She closes her eyes, enjoying the sound of the stream, and relaxes.
