I remember once near Halloween time, I was walking home. There was a guy walking not far in front of me. A kid across the block was standing outside on his doorstep, and shot a firecracker at the guy in front of me. I'm telling you. The guy jolted his head in one direction and very narrowly avoided the shot. Just in time. And the kid who fired it was laughing.

Any later than that, the guy's face/head could've been just blown up.

Reminds me of a couple of days ago on the news where a 3-year old boy got mauled by a dog. Kid's face ended up getting over 100 stitches. D:
