People touch cars... it's a fact of the game... it's also why I double-sleeve razz

So far as giving 'advice' goes, I don't look through a deck until I've asked "Can I look through your deck?" and they have said yes, also, I don't say "Take that out" I ask "Why do you have that in there?" it's a big difference.

i wish people would tell me how to make my deck win, i never get monsters that i can summon i have alot in there too...

Also the rule that players cannot have more that one sleeve for each card and that all the sleeves must be identical and from the same pack if possible.

Ooh! Often forgot one: you cannot chain spells during damage step. This means that you can't chain inferno reckless summon to UFO turtle/Flying Kamakiri #1/Mystic Tomato/etc.

Not unless it modifies ATK and/or DEF.

The only cards can be activated during Damage Step (after declaring an attempt and going to calculate damage) when a monster attacks are cards that can alter a monster's ATK/DEF, Quick-Play Spell Cards, and Counter Trap Cards.
