IX_DEATH_XI umm does pokemon count? cuz as the rumor goes it wasnt made in japan it was some were else but they didnt think they could make money off it so a japanese company adopted it yes it does, anime started in japan, but it can come from anywhere in the world, its just almost all niorth american anime come from japan
