Spiders except for very tiny ones scare me and cause me to panick, I can't help it and it's beyond my control... same with beetles x_x

I like spiders, actually. lol I caught one in math class once this year in a water bottle. He was a little jumping spider, and he was freaking out the girl in front of me. lol It wasn't as if he'd hurt somebody, so I caught him before he could get squished.

im sorry, but me and spiders = bad.
i woke up one morning a few years ago w/ several large golf ball sized spider bites on my body. i don't go out of my way to kill them, but if i see one in my room, its dead.
on a side note, all silverfish must DIE.

I love spiders....except the ones that run super fast and the ones that like to sleep in bed with me.

I own a framed spiderweb and it never fails to impress me just how beautiful they are...when they don't get caught in my mouth while I am walking.

I like spiders because they catch and/or eat mosquitos- and I absolutely abhore misquitos. I don't mind them in the house, I leave them be, along with their webs and cobwebs- useful bug traps. I love the web design, I like to look at them and draw them on just about anything. I don't know much about poisoness and not poisoness, so I generally give them their space and just leave them alone. It does make me sad to see them killed.

The only time i've really killed some is when I was moving, I had a large fake spider web stretched over one wall. I was taking it down and I noticed a bunch of tiny black spots in it. I looked a bit closer to see at least thirty baby spiders nested in it. I found it ironic that they had nested in my fake web, but they were so small, there were so many, and I had no idea if they were poisoness. I ended up just spraying them- baby spiders are a bit frightening to me because there are so many and you cant really tell what they are and if they are poisoness. I had to take the web down and I really didn't want to get too close to them not knowing what they were.

But I usually throw them out the window, if I'm in a good mood.

i'm still kinda squirmy about spiders, but i try to make myself acquainted with them haha.... like if i see one in the house, i just let it sit there. I dont squish it or anything.... and i try to keep the cat from eating it. heh heh. but i'm not really into the whole eight eyes thing...... it just makes me uncomfortable.

Speaking of which, has anyone here read the book Silk? (I really hated that book, too much crap like drugs and sex in it for my taste.... but the relation with spiders protecting the main character was interesting. My friend, a kouhai, loaned it to me.... and so I thought it would be very rude if I did not read it.)
