Sure, Noltic. You can learn on your own, but you can't have access to all the material and expertise of professional instructors just by staying home.

Plus. To get a professional designation you need to have practical knowledge in a certain area along with work experience. You can learn by yourself, but certification could be out of the question.

If you don't care about school, the you can always drop out.
