Well, we have known each other since that one guild (he invited me, and we were the only two who posted xD, the captain of it rarely posted)

I thought crews can only ban people and not promote them.
Only the Captain and the Vice Captain can do both.

~1)~ Be active: i'm in here everyday so i believe that is active lmao.
~2)~ Be generous and caring towards fellow members
(then why did I pick Lil xD): people who deserve it will get help from me but i will be kind to all...although some people may find some of my opinions to be verii rude or blunt but still i apologize to them and try to amend myself.
~3)~ Advertise the guild
(whether on your profile, signature, or anywhere else): it should be advertised on my profile i believe.
~4)~ Come up with grand ideas for the guild
(for contests, events, yada yada yada): I've already opened a contest in this guild for poetry.
~5)~ Don't break any Gaia/Guild rules: I own my own guild as is so breaking a rule here could result in repercussions there.
~6)~ Help others out on the Guild
(it could range from gold to just writing help): someone coming to me will alwaiz receive the help i am capable of offering.
~7)~ Don't judge people
(unless they want to be): I do not judge those who do not ask to be judged but some games in the guild do require a judgment of sorts
~8 )~ Don't lie to the Mods
(We have ways of finding things out): as do i
~9)~ No fighting whatsoever
(goes with calling people noobs - remember you were once a noob, or anything else): if i am to get into an altercation i try to find the quickest way to resolve it peacefully.

There are also other possibilities that may compliment the requirements above
(in other words, betters your chances)
1) Don't talk bad about the guild: why would I this place is awesome
2) Create/run topics
(such as contests, RPs, or whatever): I say again I'm already running a contest
3) Keep in contact with me/other mods
(i.e., via comments, messages): Already doing so or this thread wouldn't be here because I asked Viet who went to Chi
4) Show that you're responsible enough
(and/or show your intelligence): I have run 3 guild in the past all successes except for the one I am running now because I am not sure if it will rise or fall yet seeing as it is 2 dayz old...as for intelligence...well i think it speaks for itself
5) Status
(I don't care if you're new to Gaia or the first to join Gaia
So don't say the Mods are being biased): Ive been here for almost a year but what does that matter..?

Unlike you, I'm not active, I'm not generous, I didn't made any suggestions for the guild, I don't have any communication with the mods/crews, I don't advertise the guild and I don't plan on becoming a crew. xP
I remove the guild banner in my siggy when I saw my profile that has my siggy on it. I felt a bit guilty because I'm inactive in my IRL friend's guild and I'm a crew there. (VERY inactive cos I don't even take a peek and post there for 1 or 2 years. xP) ._.' So I remove the banner, even though I really like the blackness of the banner. xP
