Back at my mom's house and back on track today I hope. I ate cherrios for breakfast. Yummy and tasty. and I did a thirty minute workout video for toning with that ball thing. It's like yoga I think. It was not too stressful. I had an egg for a snack too today. Me and Rob have a workout deal. Both of us are to do an hour of some form of exercise each and every day while we are apart. It shouldn't be too hard. My other thirty minutes are planned to be on DDR. Toning and aerobics are a good pair I think. Lunch is soon so I'm thinking about healthy things to munch on.
