I recently got a crossroads special edition and one of the packs came with 12 cards,I also have two of a card where one says it's a dragon and the other says a dinosaur.

I've noticed something similar to that, the Chapmionship or Tourament Pack Kinetic Soldier which is LIGHT when it should be EARTH.

Well this isn't a mishap it's more like weird.
I bought a pack of CSOC and 1 Morphtronic Cord had Magic written on it instead of spell.

Dethclock I bought a assault stardust tin and one of the packs were empty epic packing fail... i got a sirocco where the card started at the name box and the part that was missing was at the bottom of the card. just a bad cut.

the best I ever got was a misprint, and that was a naruto card, the jutsu name somehow ended up in the picture

I got some Crossroads the other day (because my Hobby Shop was out of Crimson).
I pulled a Psychic Lifetrancer, but there was a huge black splotch on the "cer" section "Lifetrancer".
So, I pulled a Psychic Lifetran...

I bought a tin and the pulls wer of utter madness.
Pack 1: 3 Armory Arms
Pack 2: All Defensive Draws
Pack 3: Only contained 3. Nitro Synchron, Turbo Synchron, Junk Synchron.
The 4th pack was a pack of crossroads instead of what it was supposed to be.
