I haven't done this in about a year. I have a doctor I go to regularly who knows about my past eating disorder. She's going to help me again soon.
I think it was just the stress that I was going through lately with exams and my family/boyfriend relationship that really got to me.

I really am trying to get better though. I know that there's no good in throwing up my food. Don't worry, even during the Hell year, I was still allowing my body to take in nutrients, so I wasn't purging everything.

I want to start over my attempt at a healthy lifestyle. However, I'm not going to delete yesterday's post. I want to look back on it and remember the self-inflicted pain. So I hope that you will also be supportive of me when I say that I want to live a happy, healthy life. I do appreciate your concerns for me.

Breakfast: coffee w. honey
cornflakes w. 0% milk
Lunch: tea
water
green veggies, fish, noodles, shrimp
snack:2 apples, piece of red bean cake
200 ml water
Snack: (I was so ravenous today for some reason.) banana, more red bean cake
dinner: rice, fish, green veggies, chicken, red peppers.

workout:
30 min excercise bike with five pound ankle wraps
couple tricep reps
